The Briggs Memorial Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church located in the McLeansville community, just northeast of Greensboro, NC. Our church is easily accessible from anywhere in the greater Greensboro area.
When you arrive this Sunday you can expect to be greeted by one of our friendly and helpful parking attendants. They will see to it that you find the appropriate class and will introduce you to the children or youth worker that will be teaching your young people. If you have children under three years old, you will be directed to our clean, well-staffed nursery, where one of our approved workers will give personal attention to the care of your child.
In one of our Adult Bible Classes you can expect to learn something practical from God's Word. Our caring class leaders are trained to make eternal truths applicable to your everyday life. During our 40 minute class you will have the opportunity to enjoy getting to know others that are at the same stage in life, and breakfast is served in all of these classes. At about 10:45 our adult and teen classes will be dismissed to the auditorium.
The 11:00 worship service will begin with special music that has been prepared by our choir. The congregation is also given an opportunity to praise God with singing. All of our music is traditional but never dull. We consider it an honor to glorify God with bright, lively music.
The centerpiece of every service comes when our pastor, Dr. Jeff Midkiff, stands to preach from God's Word. As Christ is exalted, people from all walks of life are drawn to Him. At the close of the message, anyone who is not 100% sure that they will be in Heaven when they die, is invited to talk with a trained Bible counselor. This counselor will patiently and privately explain God's free gift of salvation.
